Who we are and why we’re obsessed with PMOs.
I founded Parwaaz Consulting in 2014 after over a decade in the consulting space (including with a Big 4 firm).
Since then I’ve served mid-sized organizations, private-equity backed firms, and Fortune 50 clients spanning over 12 industries across the globe.

That despite the evolution and increasing complexities of project management and PMOs, the fundamentals are being sacrificed to adapt to the latest trends and the innate desire to appease stakeholders quickly.
PMO leaders are going rudderless with blank slates from their bosses, following half-baked strategies, confusing methodologies, straying away from their job descriptions, inundating teams with PM tools & templates, and completely ignoring change management.
They’re able to launch their PMOs fast, only to realize that they crash even faster.
As a result, they lose the opportunity of a life-time to make a significant impact on their organizations while boosting their own career trajectories.
Research shows that 50% of PMOs will fail within the first 3 years of their existence.
I know we can turn it on its head because PMOs are far more valuable than the probability of a coin toss!
